Tips For A Healthier & Stronger You, Even In Your Sixties!


Did you drink your milk or dump it down the pot when Mom wasn’t looking? All those orange carrots & green spinach, remember? No I am not going to state the obvious that veggies are good et cetera, et cetera. If you’ve missed your chance already then no need to panic. There is still hope for you. Often people in their old age complain of ailments like reduced energy or joint pains. To avoid being a victim to that you should forever give importance to exercises. Even a mild post-dinner walk will do wonders to both your digestion & health. Following simple tips like taking the stairs rather than the elevator or escalator will give your body the much needed work out. 

Take up a hobby that involves physical activity. Or even taking a walk down at the park with your spouse can be romantic & healthy. If you don’t have time for the gym, try stretching exercises at your desk! And yes, try to eat your veggies!  Many vital nutrients are found in these & the more you intake the better off you will be.

Whatever you do, refrain from burning a hole in your pocket by going under a knife to look good. Why not give your body a chance instead?
